The house layout is nice. Unquestionably needs some paint, fixing up in a few places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no complaints about the assets. We liked the price of this house and didn’t be expecting a whole whole lot.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. each of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off many of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do recommend bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that occur out within the early morning hours and when the Solar starts to set and they do bite. it had been nothing that will keep you indoors though. there undoubtedly are a couple of state parks from the area and every one of them are beautiful. beautiful is undoubtedly an understatement to be honest! its a very family friendly place and not the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly family vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I almost certainly talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian go. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself. We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most with the time we ended up there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have quite a bit to carry out from the rain, so make a backup plan just in the event.

From the outside, the assets looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks from the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price selection. The interior photos have been accurate and everything worked fine.
This house has an awesome location, it’s right within the beach. We really relished our stay. The house needs some improvements and upgrades.
